Welcome to PaintCraft MN. By accessing our website or using our professional painting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided are based on the initial assessment of the scope of work. Final pricing is subject to changes in project scope, additional requests, or hidden structural damage discovered during preparation.

2. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our work with a 3-year warranty covering peeling, blistering, or flaking paint resulting from improper craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by structural settling, moisture problems, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project contract. Payments must be made on schedule. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of work.

4. Access and Preparation

Homeowners are responsible for providing water, electricity, and clear access to all target painting areas. Valuable or fragile items should be moved from the workspace prior to our arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

PaintCraft MN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Minnesota.
